The mittens look and fit really nice, and are quite warm too. My main concern with these would be durability. The palm of the mittens is made of some kind of faux leather that in spite of being really grippy and flexible, looked a bit flimsy to me.In fact they got torn on their first day at the mountains, almost ripping a hole through the palms. The fact that I wear wristguards under them may have contributed, but having in mind that my previous mittens held in good condition for almost 2 seasons, I would rather think that the protections weren't the problem.Anyway, I must say the customer service was superb. I reported the issue to them, attaching some photos of the rips, and they sent me a replacement straight away at no cost.All in all, I think there are better gear for the price. But if you don't wear wristguards and want some warm, cool looking mittens, these could be an option.Having said that, I believe there are other Celtek mittens that use a different material for the palms, so I guess your best bet would be going to a shop and checking them out before you buy them.

This product was awesome. I use them for winter cycling in wisconsin. They have yet to fsil on me and I have been riding in sub zero weather. The shipping was super fast to.

I am ALWAYS cold but these mittens are much thicker than any other I've tried but without extra bulk. I normally wear glove liners with my mittens to help my hands stay warm. I had to take the liners off after the first snowboard run down the mountain because my hand got so hot. They stayed really dry from outside snow and dried quickly from what little sweat were in them at the end of the day. The only two things I wish they had were 1) the little zipper pocket my other pairs of gloves have to hold miscellaneous crap like chap stick. 2) longer cords to put around my wrists so when I pull them off I don't have to fear them falling to their deaths when I'm on the lift if I drop them. I would have given 5 stars if these were available.I ordered a small since I normally wear a medium in women's. They were very roomy and fit fine with and without the glove liners.
